Great for pets and kids, if you travel with boat, trailer or just like the privacy, you will love the outdoor space. PETS are welcome with approval, and pet cleaning fee $100. Queen bed in bedroom, and sofa sleeper in the living area.
Full kitchen incl. fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, glassware, everything you need for your stay away from home, except dishwasher. Bathroom has a tub, shower, towels, hair dryer, small heater water. 2 A/C units, TV with Netflix and IPAD with wifi.

In the shed you will find bikes, wagon, small cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, screened tent, games, boogie boards, surfboard, skimboard…. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, beaches, state park trails, outdoor music events...
Biking is a great way to get around. Load up your wagon to the beach. Walk to the restaurants.
